Shipping costs are based on the dollar amount of the transaction. They are factored to include packaging, mailing costs and insurance for items over $100.
International Orders can not be completed via the EdgeArtworks.com website. However, we do ship to certain overseas locations.
Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to arrange payment. Due to shipping costs and insurance fees that must be calculated correctly before the transaction can be completed this process must be manually done. We are sorry for the inconvenience.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
You have 10 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. Returns and refunds will only be granted if there is a material difference in the description of an item sold and the actual item received by the buyer. No refunds will be granted due to the buyer remorse after the sale is consummated.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it and it must be pre-approved in advance to return the purchased item.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending upon your card issuer’s policies. Edge Artworks is not responsible for fees that you may incur from your issuer’s policies.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping from your original order will be deducted from your refund.
